Nathan S. Deaver is a native of Las Vegas whose practice is devoted primarily to civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury. After having been involved in an accident in 2004, Nathan learned of the importance of advocating for clients by ensuring that they receive the best medical treatment and that they obtain the largest amount of compensation for pain and suffering. Nathan has come to realize that accidents and injuries can have lasting effects not only on individuals but also on their families.

After graduating from high school at Cimarron-Memorial, Nathan attended Brigham Young University, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Following graduation from BYU, Nathan attended law school at Western State University in Fullerton, CA. Upon graduating, Nathan was admitted to practice law in the state of Nevada in 2010. Nathan has since been admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Nevada.

In January 2011, Nathan was made a partner at Deaver & Deaver, where he worked with his father, Tommy F. Deaver, Esq. As a father and son team, Nathan and Tom represented all types of personal injury claims in Las Vegas with the determination to provide personal, one-on-one representation to every individual they worked with.

The firm of Deaver & Deaver was changed to Deaver | Crafton, which has now transitioned to The Personal Injury Pros with offices in multiple states. With more than 20 years of combined legal service, no case is too big or complicated. Being a native of Las Vegas, Nathan is committed to providing the best legal representation to all of those who are in need.
