Cole Wilstead is the newest attorney to join the Deaver|Crafton team, whose practice primarily consists of civil litigation involving personal injury claims, but he also handles a variety of different business law cases. Cole began his law school career unsure of what type of law he wanted to pursue. The one constant, however, was that he wanted to help people. He quickly found that one of the best ways to do that was through personal injury litigation. The moments after a car accident or other incident that causes significant personal injury can feel overwhelming for any person. Cole prides himself on having the ability to walk clients through the post-accident recovery process and having answers to the questions they may have.
Cole graduated from Pine View High School in St. George, UT. A native of St. George, Cole grew up in and around the Las Vegas area and played baseball for the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels in 2010-11. He then took a two-year break from playing baseball and served a two-year mission for his church in Bacolod, Philippines, where he became fluent in the Hiligaynon and Cebuano languages. Upon returning from his mission, he played another year of baseball and football at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT.
Cole ultimately returned to Las Vegas for Law School and enrolled in the William S. Boyd School of Law. While there, Cole focused his studies on civil litigation and trial preparation. He completed an internship with the Clark County District Attorney’s Office, where he gained valuable in-court experience through the student-practice laws allowed by the Nevada Supreme Court.
One month before graduating in 2021, Cole joined Nathan and Brice as the first associate attorney hired by Deaver|Crafton. Since then, he has gained Bar Admissions in Nevada, Utah, and Arizona. Cole has handled hundreds of cases in just his first few years of practice, taking them through all stages of the litigation process.

Cole recently returned with his wife, Melissa, and their two kids to their hometown of St. George, UT, where he currently runs the St. George office for The Personal Injury Pros. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, playing sports, and coaching.
